What to bring to a loan application
At loan application, you will be asked for the following items:

  1. Name, age & social security number of borrower & co-borrower
  2. Accepted purchase agreement & copy of listing sheet
  3. Check for application fee (which will be applied toward appraisal fee & credit report fee) in the amount of $320.00 (Payable to Accessibility Mortgage, LLC)
  4. Income:

    1. Past 2 years history of employment with addresses & length of time on job
    2. One month's recent paystubs & past 2 years W-2 forms
    3. Verification of other income: social security, child support, retirement, etc.
    4. If commissioned sales person: past 2 years federal tax returns including all schedules (Resign & date these documents to attest their authenticity.)
    5. If self-employed: past 2 years federal tax returns including all schedules and a year-to-date profit and loss statement (Resign & date these documents to attest their authenticity.)
    6. Rental income: copy of leases


  5. Assets:

    1. Copies of the last three (3) months statements (all pages) showing "Cash Needed for Closing."
    2. Copies of any financial assets such as retirement accounts and/or mutual funds for last(3) months, to show a savings pattern. Do not need every account. (Do not make copies of savings bonds)
    3. Make, model & value of automobiles, boats, etc.


  6. Creditors: (open accounts & loans)

    1. Addresses, account numbers, current balance & monthly payment
    2. Name & address of lender & account number on all presently owned property


  7. New construction only:

    1. Plans & specifications
    2. Contract with builder
    3. Plot plan


  8. Divorce Decrees & Separation Agreement (if applicable)
  9. Name, phone & fax of Title Company and homeowner’s insurance agent
